Alhamdulillah.. Aku seneng banget, soalnya Senin minggu kemarin aku menang lomba weblog di sekolah tercintaku SMAN 24. Aku jadi juara 1 antara anak kelas 1, hadiahnya kamera digital. Wah lumayan banget, aku bisa dapet kamera digital 8 megapixel dengan kerja kerasku.
Awalnya aku ngak bakalan nyangka kalau aku bisa menang lomba ini, soalnya ngeliat sainganku berat-berat. Saat aku dapet kamera ini adalah pas banget saat kamera digitalku yang dibeliin papa rusak. Bener-bener kejutan untukku.

Acara sekolah

Wah...udah lama banget ngak posting. Belakangan ini kegiatan di sekolah sibuk banget. Mulai dari tugas-tugas yang banyak banget, lomba-lomba di sekolah, dll.
Kemarin tanggal 8 Maret di sekolah ada lomba "Cinecrash" dari ekskul jurnalistik. Lombanya ada macem-macem, yaitu lomba pidato, puisi, bikin film pendek, resensi film, mading,cerdas cermat, debat. Pokoknya rame banget deh!.
Ternyata yang ngak disangka pula, Sabtu kemarin kartu As datang ke sekolahku dan bawa bintang tamu yaitu five minute. Bener-bener kejutan!!
Kelasku (X-1) ikut semua lomba,walaupun kita belum berhasil menang. Bener-bener hari yang menyenangkan..

Joint

Joint is meeting place between bones. Now try to move elbow and knee joint, the movement likely openable and cover hasp. And now try to move your hip and shoulder. Both of them can openable and cover likely your elbow and knee, but as same as cant turn around. Different joint enabling you to try to move because meeting place between bones also different.

Weakness of joint
Joint is one of human point weakness. Joint always get pressure and tend to weaken along accretion age. Wrist and ankle easyly to out of joint. This can happen if you turning around the joint suddenly, so tearing tendon or ligamen.

Out of joint bangle feel very painful, but usually you can convalesce alone after take a rest sometimes.

Chafe joint is a disease causing bloated joint, so difficult to move over. There two type of chafe joint. Are osteoartritis and rheumatism.

In osteoartritis, cartilage on joint can feel "thirsty". So bones cant move fast but fiddling each other. Osteoartritis usually happened in old people.

In rheumatism, joint bones became one, so difficult to move. Rheumatism can happened in all ages.

Joint is not for arrest pressure when hard practice in some sports. When joint used rebundanly, the layer will be chafe and yield many sinovial dilution.

For work,l muscle need oxygen. Oxygen is circulate to all part of human body through blood. If your muscle do hard work, so muscle need more oxygens. When you running, more bloods was send to muscle into foots. If blood not faster until into muscle, so your muscle not enought get oxygen. Result, your muscle will feel sleep.
This situation called weariness muscle.

Facial expression

Skeleton also created savety part for defend your hung, heart and prevent for not broken because beating or collision.

Maybe, in your opinion, adult have more bones than baby. But in fact its the contrary. Adult skeletone are 206 bones, and baby skeletone is more than 300 bones!!! Wow.. Its because when growth, more bones will be fuse create big bone.

You know, in your body are a smalles bone, the heigh is 3 millimeter. This bone is in your ears. If it trembled you could heard something.

Human neck is consist 7 phalax of bones. In your opinion how much the phalax bones in girrafe??

Hi all!..My name is Annisa Reswari, I'm only child in my family. I was born in Bandung, October 7 1992. Now i live at komp. Vijaya Kusuma blok B16 number 43, on Cipadung street-Bandung city-West Java-Indonesia. My father name is Rachmad Suhartoyo, he expert in law and works in Jakarta. He also soldier, the grade is major.
My mother name is Kartikawati, she expert in law too like my father and housewife.
You know..!I'm also karate athlete. My experience, i have champion in karate tour nament and got gold, silver, bronze medal. Beside karate, i like volley, badminton, soccer too.
In Indonesia there is food called "tahu" its made from soja bean and healty, it my favourite food, and i like fried chicken too. Its delicious.
There a little story in my school. I'm school in 24 Senior High School Bandung and I in grade 1, I also chief of my class. I have many nice friends. I join more extraculicurer are IT,volley,SIC. And one again,i like learn computer very much(you can see my profile).

All parts of human body need oxygen for work. Blood circulate oxygen to all part of human body. When you hard work, like run to climb mountain, you need oxygen more than usually. Hipotalamus send notice to lung for breath faster, so lung can take more oxygen and from lung into blood.

Hungry
We get energy from food for make activity. Food want be loose become glucose, and blood bring it into all parts of human body was work. When your body lack of glucose, hipotalamus make you hungry, so you want to eat. Hipotalamus also let hormone which is control glucose level in blood. Hungry will be lost if glucose level in blood is ascend.

Urine
Blood require to be aqueous in many amount. If contain too a few water, blood cell will be wrinkle. But if contain too a more water, blood cell will be broken. During on the way to all part of human body, blood flow across kidney. Function of kidney is like filter. Under command a hormone triggered with hipotalamus, kidney filter blood from plentiful water and gathered dirt. This water and dirt become urine. If blood cell need more water, hipotalamus make you thirsty, so you want to drink.

Ferrari was bulit by Enzo Ferrari. He was built car factory and Ferrari Racing Team. First standed at 1929 in Modena Italy.Initially, story of Ferrari successed from a boy who like saw racing.

Enzo Ferrari, The full name is Enzo Alsemo Ferrari. He was born in Modena, Italy at February 18^th 1898.

World race was sticked in Enzo life from child. Formerly, his father invited him to saw racing in Bologna, Italy. He saw much car fly away faster. And he wish to be a racer. But a pity, his wish didn’t successed because result of world war. He would please to followed the war.

After the war, he join with CMN enterprise (automotive industry). But, one year later he out from CMN enterprise and join with Alfa Romeo enterprise.

Then he created racing team, the title is Scuderia Ferrari at 1929. At this year also began of bulit Ferrari entrprise.

The Ferrari logogram is seems straddle horse. The logogram is gave by Italy Noble. The logogram from sticked in his child plane (his child died as mysterious).

Enzo felt very happy then he used the logogram in his racing car, and he wish for lucky. First the logogram colored red in the in above white base, then he changed it became black in above yellow base.

Then Ferrari built factory alone, the title is Auto-Avio Costruzioni Ferrari. The factory was production race car Tipo 815. At 1946 the factory moved in Maranello. And Enzo was died at 1988.

Dangdut is a genre of Indonesian popular music that is partly derived from Arabic, Indian, and Malay folk music. It developed beginning in the 1970s among working class Muslim youth, but especially since the late 1990s has reached a broader following in Indonesia.

A dangdut band usually consists of a lead singer backed by a band of four to eight musicians. The term has been expanded from the desert-like-style music, to now broadened to embrace other musical styles. Modern dangdut incorporates influences from Latin, house music, hip-hop, R&B, reggae, and even Western classical music.

Most major cities, especially on Java, have one or more venues that have a dangdut show several times a week. The concerts of major dangdut stars are also broadcast on television. In 2003 singer Inul Daratista became the subject of much controversy and criticism from conservatives over her suggestive, erotic style of dancing during televised shows.

MyIndo.com reported in 2003 that Project Pop, an Indonesian Nu metal band released a humorous tribute to dangdut titled Dangdut Is The Music Of My Country.

Cenderawasih National Park – The Bay of Papua

Cenderawasih Bay National Park

Cenderawasih, the Bay of Papua Island is the largest bay in Indonesia (1.453.500 hectares) and the home of tremendous biodiversities. The park is situated at 01° 43’ - 03° 22‘ South Latitude and 134° 06’ - 135° 10’ East Longitude. It is located in the administrative districts of Wondama and Nabire, Papua Barat Province. Seven villages with a population of 2,500 are located in the park in Nabire district, while in Wondama district 15,000 people inhabit 21 villages in the Park. Given the fact that local communities living around the park rely mainly on marine resources for their livelihoods, they in fact look after the resources by implementing traditional taboos.

There are 238 coral reefs lying in 80,000 hectares in this park, including: patch reef, fringing reef, barrier reef, atol dan shallow water reef. These coral reefs are home of 321 types of fish, 38 types of gastrophoda, and 9 types of seagrass. In addition, 29 types of mangroves, 207 mollusca which 12 is protected and sea turtles can be found here. Mammalia such as dolphins, whales and dugongs are distinctive in this area.

The Blue Bay
While Bottlenosed dolphins will ride next to your boat surround Iwari Island, Yoop and Mioswar, you will see flyingfish playing around.

Snorkeling and scuba diving in Cenderawasih National Park are a must for those who value richness of biodiversity of the tropical waters. Passing the 10m tunnel to Purup lagoon in south path of Rumberpoon Island, you will enjoy the coral reefs in the lagoon where clown fish hiding in the anemone. Whale shark (Rhincodon typus) calmly fools around in Teluk Umar District, Nabire. You might touch 9m long and weight 4.5 tonnes whale shark. As this area is covered by diverse seagrass, dugongs (Dugong dugon) like amuse themselves in this area. Then, if you are lucky, you might see colourful Birds of Paradise during your break in the village.

Where Giant Clam (Tridacna gigas) is a hardly to see species in other areas, you will see a bunch of giant clams in Napan Yaur. This marine area is a playing ground for sea turtles such as hawksbill turtles (Eretmochelys imbricata), green turtles (Chelonia mydas), olive ridley (Caretta caretta) and leatherback turtles (Dermochelys coriacea). Exploring the natural beauty in Cenderawasih will be complemented by exploring a wreck of the World War II aeroplane in Numamurang Strait.

Catching the colorful birds
This park is haven habitat for 37 species of birds. Colorful birds fly from one tree to another. A timid Burung Gosong (Megapodius sp) will construct their nest as piramid sand. The size of the sand might be as big as a human house. As this is very shy bird it is hardly to see in their habitat, such as in Wondibuoy Nature Reserved, Wasior. Continuing your trip to eastern part of Wasior, you might see the endemic bird Burung Junai Emas (Coelonas nicobarica). Although they build the nest on the top of tree’s branch, they look for food on the land, just like a chicken.

Other beautiful creatures are Kakatua Jambul (Cacatua galerita) and tree Kuskus (Phalanger sp), in Rumberpoon Island, and Pelican in Sobey. The cencus of species is on going process.

Cultural expedition
Having explored the beautiful marine resources, the Cendrawasih Bay National Park is an ideal spot for ecotourism expedition, and coastal papuans indigenous people culture. A trekking to hot spring in Yende, we can stop by in historical cave where the ancestor of Wandau Ethnic lived. It is predicted they were the first grup living in Mioswar District, Wondama. To know how G.L Blink, a missionaries, worked very hard to internalize church influenced, we must stop in old church which was built in 1884. In this Isna Jedi Church, we also can see the oldest bible in Papua.

Then, lying on the long red sand beach while enjoying the hot spring and waiting for the wild bird flying are pecious moment in Mioswar. This will relief your tiredness. Other option, you can enjoy a waterfall of 15m height in Aisandami, only a minute away from the beach. So you can enjoy the waterfall as well as enjoy the sea view.

Sago palm is very popular landscape in Teluk Wandamen. The community process sago for their daily consumption. It is interesting to see how they processed the sago and taste it a bit.

Climate
Average temperature in this area is 21-28 0C, the precipitation is 1.295 – 3.703 mm and the best time to visit is April-August

Other concern
As this area is endemic for Malaria, so the visitors are expected to prepare themselves with prior vaccination.

Names

Once upon a time there was a dragon. The body has colored green, four foots are long and has claws. If the dragon breathed, fire is squirted from his mouth. Finally he seems very savage, so no one who want to be friend with him.

That’s made him very sad, then he went to river and tired to slept. Suddenly Muri approached him with felt afraid. He said, “Why do you looked so sad?”.

“Because I didn’t had a friend, likely all of them scared to me, so I felt very lonely. Today only you just speaked with me....”, the dragon said.

Then, he gave the dragon advised, so that the dragon met “wise Owl”. And he met “wise Owl” quickly. The “wise Owl” can solved the problem. He gave a command for the Dragon to went to Yuan-Wan city in North.

The Dragon went quickly. After long searched, finally from far he looked Yuan-Wan ciyt which pretty fog and snowed. In this city, he met a boy who felt very cold. Then he tried to help the boy with his fire which squirted from mouth.

Then the boy gave a command for all citizen to gather more firewoods. And with full power, the Dragon squirted fire for burnt that. Now, city is warm and all citizen are happy. And the Dragon has more friends...

How To Make Pudding Kopyor

Material A:

- 250 cc cocnut milk from ½ grain coconut

- 35 gr sugar

- ¼ pack of seaweed

(Boiled until done. Then ignore until frozen and sfter that crush it)

Material B:

- 250 cc water

- 25 gr sugar

- 2 grain yoke of egg

- 1 spoon of eat butter

- 1 pack of seaweed

- Salt, vanili

(Boiled until done)

Material C:

- 600 cc milk

- 100 gr sugar

- 2 grain yoke of egg

- 1 spoon of eat butter

- 1 pack of seaweed

- Salt, vanili

Material D:

- Pink and red color for food

Steps:

Pour material A which are crushed into dish. Then pour boiled B on top of material A.
Boiled material C until done. And divide two. Part 1 colored pink, then pour it on top of B. Ignore until frozen.
And part 2 colored red, then pour it on top of batter colored pink. And ignore until frozen.
Raise up from dish. And Pudding Kopyor ready to serve.

My name is Annisa Reswari. I was born on October 7, 1992 in Bandung. I am an only child in my family. Now I live at komplek Vijaya Kusuma B16 No.43 Cipadung-Bandung-West Java-Indonesia. I also karate athlete.

On August 28 until 29, 2004 there was champion in karate event. I got two old medal from chief of Depdiknas Bandung. Beside of them, I had contested at nasional and West Java grade. In West Java contested I got bronze medal.

I felt very happy, because I made my parent proud. I like to play and learn computer very much. I also like football, I am a fan of Manchester United football club. Both of them I like music too.

Now, I felt grateful to God, to the all have gave to me and my family.
